The origin of Ohio's Batman

My journey to becoming Batman began several years ago at a work costume contest. I rented a Batsuit from Costume King and, in character, walked through an open-air manager's meeting. When asked who I was, I performed a "Keaton turn," and in my best Batman voice, declared, "I'm Batman." (I heard one of them say "I think he just might actually BE Batman". That moment, and winning the contest, inspired me to build my own suit. Since then, I've sought out opportunities to assist charities and parades, bringing attention to their causes.

Making an impact, one smile at a time

When I appear as Batman, I aim to create a profound impact. Many events involve families raising funds for medical bills. I help draw additional supporters, allowing them to take pictures with the Dark Knight and bringing much-needed attention to their cause. I also visit various charitable organizations and hospitals to purely bring joy to those who are suffering, offering a moment of relief and happiness.

Booking Batman for your event

Considering Ohio's Batman for your charity event or parade? It's important to know that I have a full-time job, so most appearances are on holidays and weekends, though evenings are a possibility. Please reach out to check date availability. You can see my Batmobile in the photos (it's not a screen-used vehicle, but it's impressive!). I typically arrive already in costume and maintain character throughout the event or parade. I often revisit the route or festival grounds afterward to allow for photos and meet-and-greets.
